My works are inspired by nature, but with a raw and primitive interpretation as the influence of growing up in the countryside of Eastern Finland. I create original shapes and forms, which have been filtered through my imagination and expressed with my signature style.
My jewelry often reveals an elegant roughness and coarse nature of silver. The focus is not on the shiny finish, but rather at meticulously hand-made surfaces in order to give more dimensions to the designs. My works are very sculptural and carry old-world mystique.
