Meet with Heidi!
Talk with Heidi about what you would like to symbolize, your style, and your ideas about the piece. Heidi will research and sketch ideas, find materials, and estimate costs. Once the final design is agreed upon, we will begin.
Create in the studio!
Heidi will take your vision into the studio to make your custom piece. It will take 3-6 weeks from your "yes" until your jewelry is ready!
Your jewelry is ready!
Once your jewelry is ready, you can grab it at the gallery, or we can ship it to you. Your remaining balance is due upon pickup. You'll leave with some new sparkle!

Custom Jewelry FAQ
Gold Trade-In
You can use your heirloom material as a credit towards your custom project! Go through your collection and bring in pieces you don't want, even broken bits, to use in your new piece. If you want to use or keep any stones from your trade-in pieces, we can remove them for $10 per stone.
Deposits
We ask for a 50% deposit to start your custom project. If you are leaving gold for a credit, your deposit may vary.

Heidi can help you find the perfect stone for your project! We work with natural and lab-grown stones.
Returns and Refunds
Custom orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. We will work with you to make sure you love your new piece!
