We offer $12 flat rate shipping with United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping fees on orders above $250 vary as they may require additional shipping insurance and ship with United Parcel Service (UPS).

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Heidi Lowe Gallery. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days; exclusions apply to custom and made to order pieces. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday.

All purchases are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with receipt.
Custom orders are nonreturnable.
