The Arlo Heart Pendant is done in honor of Arlo Carrie, a vibrant boy born with Down Syndrome. Arlo's mother, Carlie, worked with Heidi to create a pendant symbolic of the extra love and chromosome that makes Arlo who he is. The Carrie family wishes to raise awareness of DS and donate to Rising Kites. The Rising Kites family-run charity operates a coffee shop primarily employing people with DS and shares goodie bags with families that recieve a DS diagnosis.
