Artist Statement

“I am passionate about contemporary jewelry and feel comfortable telling stories through its craftsmanship. This work, “Without Prejudice,” represents a search for new worlds, expressed through jewelry.
I want to challenge conventional notions of what turns us on, or what is rejected, like flies in a man's world.
“Unprejudiced” reorients our experience of flies and our prejudices against them. My intention in recreating these tiny insects, which multiply and gather, is to create pieces that represent an homage to their marvelous nature”.
