I find great joy in turning my experiences into metaphors, adding a romantic, and sometimes ironic, perspective to the small details of everyday life. It's the combination of elements that excites me. I seek to discover connections between opposites and have them engage in a dialogue, dance, grow apart, come together, and play. My artwork is like a magical potion that brings together elements from different places and sources. They are collages and assemblages through which I aim to reflect my world. My way of creating is based on instinct and playfulness. I wander around, taking in the colors of a familiar landscape, looking for my Playground, that in-between space where anything is possible.
